Bernward Kulle, Economist, Attorney-at-law, completed his Studies of Law and Economics at the Universities Hannover, Munster and Madrid. Since 1998 he has been Attorney-at-law with HOCHTIEF ProjektentwicklungGmbH; 1999 Managing Director of BBI Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH & Co. KG and consultative contract as attorney-at-law for HOCHTIEF Airport and HOCHTIEF Project Development until 2000. Since July 2000 he was a member of the Management Board of HOCHTIEF Project Development Infrastructure and HOCHTIEF Development. From 2000 on he considerably expanded the Public Private Partnership and infrastructure BOT sector within HOCHTIEF in Europe and the Americas.
