Enrique Diaz-Rato

Enrique Diaz-Rato, Civil Engineer, holder of a degree in Economics and was awarded an MBA by the EOI, is the CEO of Cintra, one of the leading private developers of the transport infrastructure in the world in terms of number of projects and investment volume.

Mr. Diaz-Rato joined Grupo Ferrovial in 2000 as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chilean toll roads. In 2004 he moved to Canada as President and Chief Executive Officer of the 407-ETR, the largest toll road in the world and Cintra's most important asset. From April 2007, he is member of Ferrovial's Management Comittee.

Mr. Diaz-Rato has more than twenty years of experience in the transport industry where he has developed different functions in several companies.
