Katrina Haley

Katrina is responsible for the origination, structuring and distribution of project finance, PPP and other infrastructure related bonds. The sector is broad, covering PPP / PFI, regulated utilities, transport, power, oil & gas sectors and other bespoke whole business securitisations. Katrina has been involved in over 20 different structured bonds and has extensive experience developing new and bespoke structured capital markets issues in the UK, Europe and increasingly the Middle East and Asia. Notable transactions the team has recently completed include Aspire defence, Thames Water, Electricity Northwest, Yorkshire Water, Rasgas and BAA. Katrina graduated from the University of Birmingham with a double honours degree in Economics and International Strategic Studies.
