InfraWeek is the industry’ premier gathering of infrastructure developers, investors, government and financiers who will deliver Europe’s future infrastructure needs. It will consist of a two-day conference, an invite-only seminar for Europe’s procurement agencies, together with several networking drinks receptions, lunches and a networking dinner.

Andrew Briggs

Partner-International Infrastructure Finance

Lovells LLP

Andrew is a partner in Lovells' International Finance team specialising in infrastructure finance and PPPs. He has worked primarily out of Lovells' London office, but has also lived and worked in both Poland and the Czech Republic. Andrew has 14 years experience of PPP transactions in the UK and across Europe, in transport, utilities and social infrastructure. Major transactions he has been involved with include working for Tube Lines on the London Underground PPP, the refinancing of a flight simulator training project and advising the banks on the Sea-to-Sky Highway PPP in Canada. He is currently working on a number of large PFI/PPP schemes in the UK and elsewhere, including advising the preferred bidders on the UK Search and Rescue Helicopters project and Riga City Council on the Northern Corridor Highway PPP project.
