Ashley Blows

Global Head of Infrastructure and Regional Head of Project Finance

Natixis

Ashley is the Global Head of Infrastructure and Regional Head of Project Finance, London in Natixis' Project Finance team. He has worked in banking for in excess of 20 years, with the last 17 of these being in the project / infrastructure finance arena. Prior to joining Natixis, Ashley had headed Dexia's London Project Finance business, been Global Head of Infrastructure at Assured Guaranty, and was Global Head of Infrastructure Equity at Depfa. He has been involved in the PFI / PPP market since its creation in the mid-1990s and also taken leading roles in many other transactions across the various sectors encompassed by infrastructure.
