Colin is a leading projects lawyer who specialises in high value, complex, international transactions, particularly PPP projects, acting for public authorities, private sector consortium and financiers, he has also spent time on secondment to the UK MoD. Colin has led several significant transactions in a variety of sectors most notably, defence, transport and technology.
