Paul Davies

Paul Davies is head of PricewaterhouseCoopers Central Government team within Corporate Finance, whose engagements include work with the MoD, MoJ, Home Office, HMT, DfT, DWP, the Shareholder Executive and NAO, where PwC acts as adviser to either the public or private sectors. Paul specialises in the larger transactions with material financing requirements, such as Allenby, M25, London Underground PPP, Student Loans, the MoJ prisons programme and MOD's Defence Training Review scheme. Before his current role, Paul also led PwC's Debt Advisory and Transport teams within Corporate Finance.
Prior to joining PwC, Paul spent 13 years at HSBC in corporate and project finance, including financing UK North Sea oil independents and mining companies, shipping finance, PFI schemes and as a private sector bidder on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
Paul has been at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years.
