InfraWeek is the industry’ premier gathering of infrastructure developers, investors, government and financiers who will deliver Europe’s future infrastructure needs. It will consist of a two-day conference, an invite-only seminar for Europe’s procurement agencies, together with several networking drinks receptions, lunches and a networking dinner.

Marc Bollen

Deputy Director

Dutch Ministry of Transport (Rijkswaterstaat)

Marc Bollen is deputy director of the PPP unit of Rijkswaterstaat, the executive branch of the Ministery of Transport. He is responsible for leading the debate on innovative management structures between public and private partnerships. This debate is intended to result in a change in way of Rijkswaterstaat operates, enabling more output based contracting.

Marc's background is in banking and finance and is characterized bij international large scale and multidimensional projects (e.g. cross border leases,up/downstream oil & gas, power generation and distribution). Currently he is leading the finance team for the procurement of the largest infrastructure project in the netherlands, the widening of the A15 connecting the Rotterdam harbour with its hinterland
